– We offer international shipping to Europe and worldwide.

– Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your delivery time.

– During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Your Zone will be based on the country of your delivery address.

– Shipping cost is based on the total weight and size of the purchased goods.

– Shipping cost for custom made furniture may differ and will be estimated individually.

– Orders are generally shipped within 2-6 Weeks using DHL, DPD, UPS, Dachser.

– Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. llot llov Artworkshop GmbH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

– We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
